The bureau came up with a logo and identity for the investment company.
Challenge
Memorandum Capital is a major international financial firm. Memorandum's analysts and auditors conduct a comprehensive review of start-ups for stability and investment attractiveness. There is also a rigorous screening process for investors.
The company holds many offline events around the world: startup pitches, training programmes and face-to-face meetings.
The serious approach to working at the level of international banks is important to reflect in the identity and layouts of all activities.
Result
The bureau proposed using a monogram from the first letters of the name — a traditional approach for bank logos.
The cropped ball symbolises the company's globality and serves as a recognisable move for branded carriers. The "shabby" letter "M" without part of the elements hints at a long experience. The font of the logo refers to old newspaper fonts, recognisable and evoking associations with finance.
The mark is easy to fit into real objects and promotional materials.
The bureau also designed a digest of startups for potential investors.
In addition, a lot of printed materials were designed — they solve an important task of promoting the company and its events.
