Design of trade advertising service for bloggers
- UX / UI
- User research
Overview
Shar is a barter exchange service between local businesses and micro-influencers. Using the platform, a business gets access to a database of verified bloggers, and places advertisements in exchange for its products.
The blogger selects an offer of interest on a map or from a list, and submits a request for a task. For example, for lunch at a restaurant, the blogger publishes several stories on Instagram or other social media.
Problem
The running landing pages provided not enough conversions.
Solution
We analyzed current page metrics, interviewed the client, and redesigned user scenarios.
We split the landing page into two, each with its own target audience: bloggers and companies.
Came up with a new page structure, based on a landing page template we created for our clients at Bréle.
We simplified the first step of the funnel through a user-friendly interface, added a step-by-step demonstration of how the app works, and made the value of the service clearer through case studies.
We worked on user trust through reviews and publications in the media.
Through these changes, we achieved significant improvements in page performance.
